The Senate recently did not increase America's use of clean, renewable
electricity when they passed an Energy Bill that didn't include a
national renewable energy standard.

23 states have already passed policies to increase their use of
renewable electricity. Now, the House of Representatives is considering
a national renewable electricity standard. If you would like to express
