You are invited to attend the Utah Solar
Workshop 3/Solar Working Group Meeting
on Monday, June 29, 1:00 - 4:00 pm MST,
in Room 101 of the Department of Environmental Quality (168 North 1950 West).

In this meeting we will discuss progress in the Solar Salt
Lake grant, the challenges ahead, and how to move forward to reach
consensus on a best practices model solar ordinance, which will be
presented to the Utah State Legislature this fall. This meeting is open to
the public and free.  Refreshments provided.

1:10 pm Solar policy briefing and upcoming solar activities in Utah. Kelly Knutsen, Utah Clean Energy.
1:40 pm    Senate Joint Resolution 1, Model Solar Ordinances. Elise Brown, Utah State Energy Program.
2:00 pm Solar Salt Lake Study briefing. Vicki Bennett, Salt Lake City Mayors Office.
2:15 pm Break (light refreshment served)
2:30 pm Breakout sessions, and case studies for model solar ordinances.
4:00 pm Conclude
