SALINE LAKES AROUND THE WORLD: Unique Systems with Unique Values
The joint conference of the International Society of Salt Lake
Research and FRIENDS of Great Salt Lake will take place at the
University of Utah, May 11-16, 2008. The conference will cover all
topics relevant to the science and management of inland saline
ecosystems. The meeting will provide a stimulating mix of scientists,
environmental groups and managers with a common interest in the
conservation and scientific management of saline ecosystems.
